Procedure

Once your plan is finalized, we administer your chosen sedation and make a small incision in the jawbone to begin positioning 4-6 implants at a 45-degree angle. With the implants in place, we attach an abutment connector to quickly secure your temporary restoration. Depending on your candidacy and plan, we may be able to start the procedure the same day as your consultation.

Healing & Post-Op Check’s

We’ll have you back about 10 days after your procedure to check on healing. At this visit we take the final impressions used to create your permanent prosthesis. This important follow-up gives us a chance to answer questions, address any concerns, and make adjustments — and to capture the details needed so your Ultratooth implants blend seamlessly with your natural teeth for a balanced, fully functional smile.

Final Appointment

At the key 10-day mark after your post-op visit, we place your final, hand-crafted prosthesis, fine-tuned to perfection. From here you begin a lifetime of a functional, beautiful smile that integrates seamlessly with your natural teeth.
