Ultratooth™ Dental Implants

Truman’s Story — “I Felt Hopeless Because No One Had a Good Solution For Me.”

Redefining Permanency with Ultratooth™ Dental Implants

Missing teeth take a toll on far more than your oral health — they can quietly chip away at your self-confidence, too. When there are gaps in your smile, everyday tasks like chewing and speaking become harder, and your overall quality of life suffers. The cosmetic side matters just as much: visible gaps leave many people feeling self-conscious and can wear down their self-image. A skilled dentist in West Hollywood can rebuild both how your smile works and how it looks, addressing these concerns from every angle.

You may notice social situations becoming strained, or catch yourself avoiding anything that draws attention to your teeth. Ultratooth dental implants offer a genuinely transformative answer — a seamless, permanent way to replace what’s missing. As fixed teeth, they provide a stable, lasting substitute for lost teeth and bring back both appearance and function. For countless patients, Ultratooth means reclaiming their confidence and their quality of life.

What Are Ultratooth Dental Implants?

Ultratooth is the only FDA-cleared device designed to immediately replace fully functional teeth. Invented, engineered, and pioneered by Sargon Lazarof, DDS, it bonds directly to the jawbone. Built from three components — a post, an abutment, and a restoration — Ultratooth can replace any number of missing teeth, making it one of the most adaptable tooth-replacement options available anywhere. Depending on each patient’s needs, the procedure may use different types of implants.

The post is a screw-shaped piece made of a strong metal, usually titanium. It is surgically set into your jawbone to form a stable base for your new smile, and the surgeon positions it by hand for ideal placement. The abutment then attaches to the post and connects to the final piece — the restoration — so your teeth stay firmly anchored and never slip or fall out. Placing the abutment may call for a minor follow-up procedure after the initial implant. What sets Ultratooth apart is immediate tooth replacement, letting you enjoy your new teeth right after treatment. And unlike removable dentures, fixed teeth attached to implants can only be taken out by a dentist.

Many patients walk out the same day and enjoy favorites like steak, seafood, and vegetables — though we do recommend sticking to softer foods while everything heals. The immediate function is impressive, but Ultratooth implants are also remarkably low-maintenance and easy to keep clean. Healthy tissue around each implant is essential to long-term success, and with proper planning and care, these implants outlast conventional full-mouth implants and can deliver decades of dependable use.

Candidacy and Cost

Thinking about dental implants? The first step in deciding whether they’re right for you is partnering with a dentist or oral surgeon who truly knows the field — someone who can carefully assess your individual situation and oral health. According to the American College of Prosthodontists, a strong candidate has enough bone where the tooth was lost to support the implant, healthy gums, and — most importantly — a commitment to excellent oral hygiene. We’ll perform a complete exam with X-rays and review your medical history to confirm that implant treatment is the right path for you.

Dental implants boast an impressive success rate, a fact supported by the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants. The key is the way the implant fuses with your bone to create a stable, long-lasting restoration. Problems can still arise, though, particularly with poor oral hygiene, certain medical conditions, or insufficient bone. To minimize complications and protect your investment, it’s important to keep up a diligent hygiene routine and attend regular checkups.

In some cases, preliminary work is needed before an implant can be placed — procedures like a sinus lift or bone graft, especially when the upper jaw or another area lacks enough bone. These extra steps can add to both the cost and the timeline, but with careful planning and an experienced team, the results are still excellent. Ultimately, dental implants offer benefits that can last a lifetime, letting you speak, eat, and smile with confidence again. Working with a provider who truly knows their craft helps ensure your restoration fits your needs and keeps your mouth healthy for years to come.

Tailored Solutions for a Confident Lifestyle

Exploring your Ultratooth options reveals a whole range of personalized solutions. A single implant neatly fills the space left by one missing tooth, delivering stability and a natural look. When several teeth are gone, implant-supported bridges step in as a stronger choice, outperforming traditional bridges in both function and appearance.

For patients missing many teeth, implant-supported dentures are often the preferred route, offering a secure, comfortable fit with none of the slipping or discomfort. And for a complete solution, full-mouth dental implants are an outstanding alternative to removable dentures, providing a fixed, full set of teeth that restores function and elevates your appearance. With this versatility, there’s an implant option suited to nearly any situation — a tailored way to get your smile, and your confidence, back.

A Dental Experience Crafted Just for You

Consultation & Planning

Your care begins with an in-depth consultation, where we review your dental and medical history in detail. We assess your oral health using X-rays and advanced digital diagnostics, flagging any need for supporting procedures such as bone grafting or tooth extraction.

Together we’ll talk through your dental concerns and smile goals, then build a treatment plan that addresses those concerns and shapes your smile around your lifestyle. Armed with this information, our skilled team crafts and carefully follows a personalized plan for placing your Ultratooth dental implants.

Procedure

Once your plan is finalized, we administer your chosen sedation and make a small incision in the jawbone to begin positioning 4-6 implants at a 45-degree angle. With the implants in place, we attach an abutment connector to quickly secure your temporary restoration. Depending on your candidacy and plan, we may be able to start the procedure the same day as your consultation.

Healing & Post-Op Check’s

We’ll have you back about 10 days after your procedure to check on healing. At this visit we take the final impressions used to create your permanent prosthesis. This important follow-up gives us a chance to answer questions, address any concerns, and make adjustments — and to capture the details needed so your Ultratooth implants blend seamlessly with your natural teeth for a balanced, fully functional smile.

Final Appointment

At the key 10-day mark after your post-op visit, we place your final, hand-crafted prosthesis, fine-tuned to perfection. From here you begin a lifetime of a functional, beautiful smile that integrates seamlessly with your natural teeth. With a good at-home hygiene routine and regular checkups, your Ultratooth implants can last for decades!
